3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• You can restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" button

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in HarmonySync. By using our service, you grant us a license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HarmonySync for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our service. You must not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

HarmonySync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The app is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling or therapy.
